Prepare your files for perfect printing:

X'PRESS
• File 25 % of actual size (with 5 mm bleed)
• Provide all fonts (screen and printers used in your files)
• Don't forget the fonts of text in Illustrator files imported in your page set up
(if you have not vectorized)

IMPORT
• Provide all images in high resolution (400 dpi at 25 % of final printing)
• Provide all logos or drawings

ILLUSTRATOR
• Document in EPS format, direct shades will be processed in CMYK

PHOTOSHOP
• Image in high resolution CMYK: TIFF or EPS or JPG at 300 dpi (at 25 % of actual size), no layer separation.
Include bleed to facilitate the cut once printing finished.

FINISH
• State visible and useful formats, in case the visual is used with a frame or a box partially covering the image.
• State the final finish: mat, gloss, satin, grained.
• State the position and type of eyelets, attachments, velcro etc.

MEDIA
• We recommend CD-Rom

IMPORTANT :
• Enclose a proof or colour print-out with each file
